Zesty Meatloaf

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. Ground Beef
  • 3/4 c. Oats, uncooked
  • 1/4 c. Onion, chopped
  • 1 1/4 tsp. M-K Bar-B-Que Seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1 c. Tomato Juice
  • 1 Egg, beaten

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, oats, onion, M-K Bar-B-Que Seasoning, salt, tomato juice, and the beaten egg. Mix everything together until thoroughly combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a loaf pan, pressing it down evenly.
  4. Place the loaf pan in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.
  5. Once done, remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
