Western Barbequed Chicken

Ingredients
- 6 lg. Chicken Breasts
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 3 tsp. Lemon Juice
- 1/2 c. Butter, melted
- 1 1/2 tsp. M-K Chili Powder
Directions
- Begin by removing the skin from the chicken breasts.
- In a mixing bowl, combine salt, lemon juice, melted butter, and M-K Chili Powder. Stir until the mixture is well blended.
- Evenly rub the prepared mixture over the chicken breasts.
- Allow the chicken to marinate for about 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill. Once hot, place the chicken on the grill, positioning them about 6 inches away from the heat source.
- Grill the chicken for approximately 45 minutes. Make sure to turn the chicken every 15 minutes to ensure even cooking.
- As the chicken grills, baste it occasionally using the remaining marinade.
- Once fully cooked, remove the chicken from the grill and serve.
