Marion-Kay Tostadas

Ingredients
- 1 lb. Ground Beef
- 1 c. Onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. Green Pepper, chopped
- 1/4 c. Vegetable Oil
- 1 (16-oz.) can Refried Beans
- 1 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1 dash of Tabasco Sauce
- 1/2 tsp. M-K Granulated Black Pepper
- 1/4 tsp. M-K Granulated Garlic
- 1 T. M-K Parsley Flakes
- 1/2 tsp. M-K Chili Powder
- Tortillas
- Lettuce, finely chopped (for serving)
- Tomato, chopped (for serving)
- Grated cheese (for serving)
Directions
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef with the onion and green pepper in vegetable oil.
- Once the beef is browned, add the refried beans, salt, Tabasco sauce, M-K Granulated Black Pepper, M-K Granulated Garlic, M-K Parsley Flakes, and M-K Chili Powder. Mix well.
- Allow the mixture to simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes.
- In a separate ungreased skillet, heat over medium heat until hot. Warm tortillas one at a time for 15 seconds, turning only once. Keep them warm until serving.
- To serve, top each tortilla with the beef and bean mixture. Then garnish with finely chopped lettuce, chopped tomato, and grated cheese.
