Marion-Kay Spicy Wings
Spicy Wings are a tantalizing appetizer that delivers a kick with every bite. Coated with a combination of spices and a honey-infused hot sauce, these wings are perfect for game nights, parties, or any gathering where finger foods reign supreme. Ingredients
- 20 Chicken Wings
- 1 1/2 c. All Purpose Flour
- 3 T. M-K Granulated Garlic
- 3 T. M-K BAM!
- 1 tsp. Kosher Salt
- 1/2 tsp. M-K Ground White Pepper
- Vegetable Oil for frying
- 1 c. Hot Pepper Sauce
- 1/2 c. Honey
- 3 T. Dark Brown Sugar
- Blue Cheese or Ranch Dressing for serving
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450°.
- Cut off wing tips at the joint.
- In a large bowl, combine flour, M-K Granulated Garlic, M-K BAM!, salt, and M-K Ground White Pepper.
- Dip wings in the flour mixture and set aside on a plate.
- Heat several inches of vegetable oil in a large pan to 350°.
- Dip the wings in the flour mixture a second time.
- Deep fry the wings until golden brown, about 12 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, mix the hot sauce, honey, and brown sugar until smooth.
- Remove wings from oil and pat dry.
- Dip the cooked wings in the hot sauce mixture to coat.
- Place wings on a foil or parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake coated wings until the sauce is dry, about 12 minutes.
- Serve hot with blue cheese or ranch dressing.
