Spicy Pork Chops

Spicy Pork Chops are a delightful main course that beautifully marries the savory flavors of loin pork chops with a sweet and spicy orange-pineapple sauce.   1. Remove all but 1/4″ fat from the pork chops.
  2. Sprinkle each side of the pork chops with M-K Ground Cloves.
  3. Heat a large skillet on high heat for 1 minute and add the chops.
  4. Lower the heat and brown both sides of the chops.
  5. In a 2 qt saucepan, combine corn starch, sugar, M-K Ground Mustard Seed, salt, orange rind, M-K Ground Cloves, and M-K Ground Cinnamon.
  6. Add orange and pineapple juices to the saucepan and blend.
  7. Bring the mixture to a boil on high heat, stirring constantly.
  8. Remove sauce from heat and pour over the browned chops in the skillet.
  9. Cover the skillet and let the chops cook on low heat for 45 to 50 minutes.
