Spicy Pork Chops

Ingredients
- 4 Loin Pork Chops
- 1/8 tsp. M-K Ground Cloves
- 1 T. Corn Starch
- 1/4 c. Sugar
- 1/4 tsp. M-K Ground Mustard Seed
- 1/4 tsp. Salt
- 1 tsp. Orange Rind
- 1/8 tsp. M-K Ground Cinnamon
- 1/3 c. Orange Juice
- 1/2 c. Unsweetened Pineapple Juice
Directions
- Remove all but 1/4″ fat from the pork chops.
- Sprinkle each side of the pork chops with M-K Ground Cloves.
- Heat a large skillet on high heat for 1 minute and add the chops.
- Lower the heat and brown both sides of the chops.
- In a 2 qt saucepan, combine corn starch, sugar, M-K Ground Mustard Seed, salt, orange rind, M-K Ground Cloves, and M-K Ground Cinnamon.
- Add orange and pineapple juices to the saucepan and blend.
- Bring the mixture to a boil on high heat, stirring constantly.
- Remove sauce from heat and pour over the browned chops in the skillet.
- Cover the skillet and let the chops cook on low heat for 45 to 50 minutes.
