Ingredients
- 6 cups Potatoes, cooked and diced
- 1/4 cup Green Onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon M-K Whole Celery Seed
- 3 teaspoons M-K Seasoned Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon M-K Granulated Black Pepper
- 4 Hard Cooked Eggs
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Prepared Mustard
- 3/4 cup Cucumber, pared and diced
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked and diced potatoes, chopped green onions, M-K Whole Celery Seed, M-K Seasoned Salt, and M-K Granulated Black Pepper. Toss the ingredients lightly to mix.
- Separate the whites of the hard-cooked eggs from the yolks. Chop the egg whites and add them to the potato mixture. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator.
- Mash the egg yolks and then add sour cream, mayonnaise, vinegar, and prepared mustard. Mix these ingredients well to create a creamy dressing.
- Pour the sour cream mixture over the chilled potato mixture. Toss everything together lightly.
- Allow the salad to stand for 20 minutes to let the flavors meld together.
