Shrimp Scampi

Ingredients
- 1 lb. Large Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 1/2 tsp. M-K BAM!
- 1/4 tsp. M-K Italian Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. M-K Granulated Black Pepper
- 1 T. Olive Oil
- 4 T. Unsalted Butter, cubed
- 1 T. Garlic, minced
- 1/2 c. Dry White Wine
- 1/4 c. Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
- 1 T. Fresh Parsley Leaves, chopped
Directions
- In a bowl, combine shrimp with M-K BAM!, M-K Italian Seasoning, salt, and M-K Granulated Black Pepper.
- Heat olive oil and 1 T. of butter in a sauté pan over medium-high heat.
- Add shrimp to the pan and cook for 2 minutes before turning them over.
- Add garlic to the pan and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Pour in white wine and lemon juice, and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring often.
- Mix in the remaining butter and season with additional salt and M-K Granulated Black Pepper as desired.
- Finish with freshly chopped parsley, stirring to combine.
