M-K Salisbury Steak

Ingredients
- 1 c. Saltine Crackers, crushed
- 1 lb. Lean Ground Beef
- 1/4 c. Ketchup
- 1 Egg
- 3/4 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/8 tsp. M-K Garlic Salt
- 1/4 tsp. M-K Ground Marjoram
- 1/4 tsp. M-K Granulated Black Pepper
- 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 c. Milk
- 1 (4-oz.) can Mushrooms, sliced
- 1 tsp. M-K Granulated Onion
- 1/2 tsp. M-K Ground Nutmeg
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine crushed saltine crackers, ground beef, ketchup, egg, Worcestershire sauce, M-K Garlic Salt, M-K Ground Marjoram, and M-K Granulated Black Pepper.
- Mix the ingredients thoroughly and shape into small patties.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup, milk, sliced mushrooms, M-K Granulated Onion, and M-K Ground Nutmeg.
- Heat a lightly greased skillet over medium heat.
- Place patties in the skillet and brown on both sides.
- After browning, drain off any excess grease from the skillet.
- Pour the prepared soup mixture over the patties.
- Cover the skillet and let the patties simmer for 20 to 30 minutes.
