Ingredients
- 1 lb. Ground Pork
- 2 T. Green Onion, chopped
- 3/4 tsp. Salt
- 1/4 tsp. M-K Rubbed Sage
- 1/4 tsp. M-K Granulated Black Pepper
- 4 Hamburger Buns, split and toasted
Directions
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, green onion, salt, M-K Rubbed Sage, and M-K Granulated Black Pepper. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated.
- Divide the meat mixture into four equal portions and shape each into a 1/2 inch thick patty.
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- Place the pork patties on the grill and cook until they reach the desired level of doneness, making sure to turn them occasionally for even cooking.
