Pizza Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. Dry Macaroni
- 1 lb. Ground Beef
- 1 med. Onion, chopped
- 1 (6-oz.) can Tomato Paste
- 1 (15-oz.) can Tomato Sauce
- 1/4 tsp. M-K Ground Oregano
- 1 T. M-K Chili Powder
- 1 tsp. Sugar
- 1/4 tsp. M-K Granulated Garlic
- 1/4 tsp. M-K Ground Thyme
- 2 tsp. Salt
- 1 (4-oz.) can Mushrooms (Optional)
- 4 oz. Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°.
- Cook the macaroni as per the package instructions.
- In a separate pan, brown the ground beef along with the chopped onion until the beef is fully cooked and the onions are translucent.
- In a large baking dish, combine the cooked macaroni, browned beef and onion mixture, tomato paste, tomato sauce, M-K Ground Oregano, M-K Chili Powder, sugar, M-K Granulated Garlic, M-K Ground Thyme, salt, and mushrooms (if using).
- Mix well to ensure all ingredients are combined evenly.
- Evenly spread the shredded mozzarella cheese over the top of the mixture.
- Cover the baking dish and place it in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
- After 30 minutes, remove the cover and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
