Pan Roasted Pork Chops

- 2 T. Olive Oil
- 4 double cut pork chops
- Salt
- M-K Granulated Black Pepper
- M-K BAM!
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 375°.
- In a large oven-safe skillet, add olive oil and warm over medium heat.
- Season the pork chops evenly with salt, M-K Granulated Black Pepper, and M-K BAM!.
- Once the oil is hot, carefully add the pork chops to the skillet. Brown them for approximately 3 minutes on each side.
- After browning, transfer the skillet directly to the preheated oven.
- Roast in the oven for around 10 minutes or until the pork chops reach an internal temperature of 150°. Use a meat thermometer to ensure accuracy.
