Ingredients
- 2 tsp. Salt
- 2 tsp. M-K Ground Thyme
- 2 tsp. M-K Ground Basil
- 2 M-K Whole Bay Leaves
- 1 tsp. M-K Granulated Black Pepper
- 1 tsp. M-K Ground White Pepper
- 1 tsp. M-K Cayenne Red Pepper
- 1/4 c. Olive Oil
- 1 Onion, finely chopped
- 4 cubes Chicken Bouillon
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 (28-oz.) can Italian Tomatoes
- 1 (28-oz.) can Crushed Tomatoes
- 3 (16-oz.) cans Tomato Sauce
Directions
- Mix salt and M-K spices.
- In heavy Dutch oven, saute onion and garlic in olive oil until golden brown.
- Add the spice mix and saute for one minute.
- Scrape the bottom of the pan and then add the bouillon and tomatoes.
- Bring to boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes.
- Remove the bay leaves.
