- Fish fillets
- Butter
- M-K Lemon Pepper
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 450°.
- Warm up the baking dish until it’s hot.
- Coat the pan using butter.
- Generously brush both sides of the fish with butter.
- Sprinkle a liberal amount of M-K Lemon Pepper over the fish.
- Lay the fish with the skin side facing down in the pan.
- Position the pan in the middle rack of the oven.
- Bake until the fish begins to flake. If the fish is less than an inch in thickness, it should take about 6-8 minutes. Otherwise, allocate 10 minutes for every inch of thickness.
