M-K Lasagna

Ingredients
- 1 (8-oz.) Lasagna Noodles, cooked
- 3 c. Small Curd Cottage Cheese
- 2 Eggs
- 1 (4-oz.) can Mushrooms, drained
- 1 T. M-K Parsley Flakes
- M-K 20-Minute Spaghetti Sauce
- 1/2 lb. Mozzarella Cheese, sliced or shredded
Directions
- Begin by cooking the noodles as per the package’s instructions.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the cottage cheese, eggs, mushrooms, and M-K Parsley Flakes.
- Lay out 1 cup of the “20 Minute Spaghetti Sauce” at the base of a 9×13 baking dish.
- Layer it with the cooked noodles.
- Add another layer using the spaghetti sauce, followed by half of the cottage cheese mixture and then half of the Mozzarella Cheese.
- Continue this layering process, beginning with the noodles.
- If you wish, you can bake it straight away or store the casserole in the fridge for up to 48 hours.
- To cook, bake at 375° with a cover for 45 minutes.
- Take off the cover and allow it to bake for an extra 15 minutes.
- Once done, let it sit for about 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
