Fruity Breakfast Rolls
These Fruity Breakfast Rolls are a delightful morning treat that combines the sweetness of orange marmalade, brown sugar, and optional nuts with the comforting warmth of cinnamon. Served with refrigerated biscuits on top, they make a delicious and fuss-free breakfast or brunch option that’s sure to satisfy your sweet tooth.
Ingredients
- 1 c. Orange Marmalade
- 1/4 c. Brown Sugar
- 1/2 c. Nuts, chopped (optional)
- 1/2 tsp. M-K Ground Cinnamon
- 1 tsp. M-K Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 can Refrigerated Biscuits
Directions
- Grease the bottom of a 9-inch pie pan with margarine to prevent sticking.
- In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients except for the refrigerated biscuits. This mixture will include the orange marmalade, brown sugar, chopped nuts (if using), M-K Ground Cinnamon, and M-K Pure Vanilla Extract. Mix until well combined.
- Pour the combined mixture into the greased pie pan.
- Place the refrigerated biscuits on top of the mixture in the pie pan.
- Bake the breakfast rolls in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for approximately 25 minutes or until the biscuits are fully cooked and golden brown.
- Immediately invert the biscuits onto a serving platter by turning the pie pan upside down and removing it.
