Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. Ground Beef
- 3/4 c. Oats, uncooked
- 1/4 c. Onion, chopped
- 1 1/4 tsp. M-K Bar-B-Que Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1 c. Tomato Juice
- 1 Egg, beaten
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 350°.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, oats, onion, M-K Bar-B-Que Seasoning, salt, tomato juice, and the beaten egg. Mix everything together until thoroughly combined.
- Transfer the mixture into a loaf pan, pressing it down evenly.
- Place the loaf pan in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.
- Once done, remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
