Spicy Grilled Ham

Ingredients
- 3 T. Margarine
- 1/4 c. Green Onion, sliced
- 1/2 c. Plum Jam
- 2 T. Dry White Wine
- 1/4 c. Chili Sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp. Lemon Juice
- 1/2 tsp. M-K Ground Allspice
- 2 lb. Fully Cooked Ham Center Slice, cut 1″ thick
- 1 T. M-K Parsley Flakes
Directions
- In a saucepan, cook green onion in margarine until tender but not brown.
- Add plum jam, wine, chili sauce, lemon juice, and M-K Ground Allspice to the saucepan.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat.
- Allow the sauce to simmer uncovered for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Keep the sauce warm.
- Trim the fat edges off the ham slices.
- Grill the ham slices for about 15 minutes, brushing them with the sauce.
- Turn the ham slices, brush again with the sauce, and grill for an additional 10 to 15 minutes.
- To serve, pour the remaining sauce over the grilled ham and sprinkle with M-K Parsley Flakes.
