  1. In a large bowl, combine crushed saltine crackers, ground beef, ketchup, egg, Worcestershire sauce, M-K Garlic Salt, M-K Ground Marjoram, and M-K Granulated Black Pepper.
  2. Mix the ingredients thoroughly and shape into small patties.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup, milk, sliced mushrooms, M-K Granulated Onion, and M-K Ground Nutmeg.
  4. Heat a lightly greased skillet over medium heat.
  5. Place patties in the skillet and brown on both sides.
  6. After browning, drain off any excess grease from the skillet.
  7. Pour the prepared soup mixture over the patties.
  8. Cover the skillet and let the patties simmer for 20 to 30 minutes.
