Sage Patties

Ingredients
- 2 c. Bread, torn into small pieces
- 1 1/2 tsp. M-K Rubbed Sage
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1 medium Onion, grated
- 1 medium Egg
- 1/3 c. Water or Broth
Directions
- In a mixing bowl, combine bread pieces, M-K Rubbed Sage, salt, and grated onion.
- Beat the egg and add it to the mixture.
- Slowly add water or broth, ensuring the mixture is moistened but not too wet.
- Shape the mixture into patties.
- Heat some grease in a skillet over medium heat.
- Place the patties in the skillet and brown them on both sides.
- After browning, reduce the heat and let the patties simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
