Marion Kay Oven Fried Chicken

Ingredients
- 1 c. Flour
- 1 T. M-K Chicken Seasoning Plus
- 1 tsp. M-K Paprika
- 4 tsp. Salt
- 1/4 c. Margarine, melted
- 1 Fryer Chicken, cut up
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 375°.
- In a bowl, sift together flour, M-K Chicken Seasoning Plus, M-K Paprika, and salt.
- Dip each chicken piece into the melted margarine ensuring it’s coated well.
- Roll the margarine-coated chicken in the breading mixture until each piece is well covered.
- Place the breaded chicken pieces in an ungreased baking dish.
- Drizzle any remaining melted margarine evenly over the chicken pieces.
- Bake in the oven for approximately 1 hour or until the chicken is fully cooked and has a golden-brown exterior.
