Marion-Kay Meatloaf

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. Ground Beef
- 1/2 lb. Pork Sausage
- 1/4 c. Onion, finely chopped
- 2 tsp. Salt
- 1/2 tsp. M-K Poultry Seasoning
- 1/4 tsp. M-K Granulated Black Pepper
- 1/4 tsp. M-K Ground Mustard Seed
- 4 slices Soft Bread, cut into small pieces
- 1/2 c. Milk
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 c. Ketchup
- 2 T. Brown Sugar
Directions
- Mix all ingredients except ketchup and brown sugar.
- Form into two small loaves and place in a shallow baking dish.
- Mix together ketchup and brown sugar, then spread on top of the meat loaves.
- Bake in a 350° oven for 1 hour.
