- 2 1/2 to 3 lb. Fryer Chicken, cut up and skin removed
- 1/2 c. Salad Dressing
- M-K Cajun
- Flour
Directions
- Brush chicken with salad dressing.
- Sprinkle chicken with M-K Cajun.
- Add M-K Cajun to flour and coat the chicken well.
- Place the chicken on the rack of a broiler pan.
- Bake at 400° for 45 to 50 minutes or until tender.
