  3. Beat the mixture until it becomes light and fluffy.
  4. Gently fold in the finely chopped nuts until well incorporated.
  5. Shape the mixture into a roll, approximately 1-1/2 inch in diameter.
  6. In a separate dish, combine the M-K Chili Powder and M-K Spanish Paprika. Roll the cheese log in this mixture, ensuring it’s evenly coated.
  7. Chill the cheese log in the refrigerator.
  8. Before serving, let the cheese log stand at room temperature for about 10 minutes. Serve with crackers.
